OECO has been a leader in the design and manufacture of custom high voltage power supplies for the defense and commercial aerospace industries for over three decades. High voltage technology designed by the Company has been used on many military programs, including the Light Airborne Multipurpose System (“LAMPS”) helicopter, an ion pump for a space application and AMRAAM.

Creative packaging techniques and extensive encapsulation experience have been instrumental in delivering power supplies that incorporate dense compact packaging with extraordinary reliability and demonstrated high MTBF rates, greatly exceeding customers’ requirements and expectations. In fact, the Company’s proprietary encapsulation process has allowed the Company to produce high voltage components and power supplies that historically could not be manufactured economically, providing significantly increased yields. This capability has been a key competitive advantage and Primes have awarded the Company sole source status for its high voltage power supplies and magnetics products.
