OECO Acquires Polyphase Instrument Company

OECO, LLC announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Polyphase Instrument Company, Ft. Washington, PA.

Polyphase is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom power magnetics devices for the defense, aerospace and high-end industrial markets. Polyphase supplies products for many active military aircraft and naval ships in service in the United States. Polyphase was founded in 1947 and has been a leader in the design and manufacture of both large and small high voltage custom magnetics. Polyphase’s customers include defense manufacturers Northrop Grumman, L-3, Rockwell Collins, DRS, and the US Government.

OECO is a leading designer of custom power supplies and magnetics serving the defense and aerospace industries. OECO is a member of the Pacific Scientific Aerospace and Defense Group.
